4 SIMPLE EXERCISES TO TONE UP WHOLE BODY

Everyone wants to look smart and thin but our diet and lifestyle has become a barrier between this thing. But there are some people who are pretty active and do daily exercise, take proper care of what they are eating and make schedules of life. But most of us are lazy who don't want to do long hours of exercising and don't even want to go to the gym. That's a real problem and story of every person.So, today I am gonna be telling you 4 simple exercises to tone up your whole body in no time and here comes the FUN PART  that you'll need nothing except a chair to do these exercises.
 IF YOU ARE A BEGINNER THEN DO 3 SETS OF THESE EXERCISE AND IN BETWEEN THAT SETS TAKE REST OF 1 MINUTE BUT AT INTERMEDIATE LEVEL, DO 5 SETS OF THESE EXERCISES.
 If you want benefits of daily exercise then start following these 4 steps.

1-SQUATS:

 This exercise is very simple, very effective for fitness. While doing this exercise make sure that your back is straight and you don't go too down and your eyes must be focus on some fixed point and your arms must be straight. Do this exercise 20 times and then do next fitness exercise.

2-PUSH UPS:

 This exercise is best for arm workout and it will definitely help you to get abs fast. You can do full push up or if you are a beginner then you can do legs crossed push up meaning that your knees are on the ground and your legs are crossed and then you do push up. Do this exercise 20 times and take rest for 1 minute then do next exercise.

3-LUNGES:

The next exercise is also very helpful. While you are doing this exercise make sure that your back is straight. Do this exercise 20 times and take rest for 1 minute then do next exercise.

4-TRICEPS DIPS:

 For this exercise, you'll need a chair. To do this exercise, put your arms on the lap of chair and rest of your body on the ground. Now, move your body upwards by putting pressure on the arms or you can watch the tutorials on the youtube (how to do the tricep dips).

That's it,Guys. If you are a beginner than do three sets of this meaning that try one exercise 20 times, do the second 20 times, do the third one 20 times and do the fourth one 20 times.This is called one set. Then take rest of 1 minute then repeat this set then again take a rest of 1 minute then do this set again. Now, its completed for beginner. If you are at intermediate level, do 5 sets of these exercises.
