Many types of breads are available in markets but the best of them is the one you made yourself. Breads in market may have lots of unhealthy or nasty stuff so I always make breads by myself. Well, today I'm gonna be sharing with you my easy recipe of making the bread at home.
  Let's do this:

Ingredients:

1-500mg of spelt flour
2-2tsp of olive oil
3-1 tsp of brown or coconut sugar (any of your choice)
4-550 ml of water
5-Half tsp of salt or less
6-half tspp oflemon juice
7-1 tsp of baking soda

Procedure:

 Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until everything is combined. Then, put this mixture into a bread form. Next, add some seeds of your choice or you can skip this as well. Now, toss it into the oven and bake it for about an hour at 320 degrees Fahrenheit. After this time, take it out and taste this goodness. It will literally taste so delicious.

Healthy food is the most important element of living a healthier, longer and happier life. What's good for healthy lunch which is healthy and easy is one of the most intimidate thoughts in the world like you have to spend your whole day in this idea which have huge blasting advantages. Lunch is something that makes you feel fresh and ready for work again. So, it must be tasty, healthy and very importantly, it must be easy and shouldn't be much time consuming. As said before that looking for healthy lunch or food is very difficult idea, Well now you don't have to be upset about it because in this post I'm gonna be sharing with you the best ways to prepare your healthy lunch that are easy and healthy.
 Let's start:

1-Egg muffins:

 To make this, beat three eggs in a mixing bowl and then add about 3 tsp of milk. Then add 3 big full tsp of any flour of your choice. Make sure that you are beating the eggs using a beater while adding all these ingredients. Now, add the veggies of your choice. You can also add boiled and shredded chicken. Put this batter in the muffin tray and bake  them for 20 minutes at 320 Fahrenheit. After this, take it out and put in your lunch to enjoy this goodness at your lunchtime. You can store this for 3 days.

2-Fruit Salad:

 This lunch idea is very simple. You just have to choose fruits of your choice and then cut them into small pieces. Put all these goodness in the jar and that's it. Your lunch is ready.

3-Vegetable Salad:

  Take veggies of your choice. Cut them into pieces. Put them into the jar. Add juice of half lemon and little bit of extra virgin olive oil. Your lunch is ready.

4-Grilled Veggies Salad:

 Take veggies of your choice. Cut them into pieces. Put them into a mixing bowl add some salt, juice of half lemon and drizzle some extra virgin olive oil. Give this a mix and then grill  all the goodies in a grill pan or you can always use skewers for this.

5-Tortilla wrap:

 Guys, there are enormous options of preparing this recipe. Take a tortilla and keep it on a side. Take a bowl and add some small pieces of veggies of your choice such as cucumber, rocket leaves, tomatoes, avocado slices  and lettuce etc. You can obviously use cooked chicken pieces or tuna fish. Then add some sauce or just mayo in the bowl. Mix all these goodies and place in the center f the tortilla. Wrap the tortilla to make a roll. That's it your tortilla wrap is ready.
